There are many ways to support Habitat, our mission, and our local community right now. Support doesn’t necessarily mean only financial support. We need your voice, your advocacy, your networking, your ReStore donations, ReStore purchases, and very soon, your volunteerism.

Our ReStores provide local communities with an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials in circulation while providing funding for Habitat’s mission. Together with your donations and the revenue generated by inventory sales, we can build safe, affordable shelter for families in Eastern Connecticut.

Choose ReStore first, before your trip to a big-box store. Often times you can find what you need and save money on your remodeling and redecorating projects by shopping at your local ReStore location. All revenue generated by sales directly supports our mission of providing safe affordable housing for local families. Our inventory changes daily – so check often – and watch for sales and other announcements.
Donate your old vehicle.
Donating your vehicle to Habitat for Humanity is a great way to support our work. Proceeds from the sale of your donated vehicle will help local Habitat families build strength, stability and self-reliance in the United States. Advocate for affordable housing.
Use your voice for good on social media, in your personal and professional networks, and in the organizations you choose to support. Help recruit volunteers (soon!), encourage your friends and family to shop and donate at our ReStores, comment/share/engage with us on social media so our message can be seen and heard by a wider audience. Your voice has influence; we appreciate your partnership in broadening the reach of our mission.
