The Garde Arts Center 325 State Street, New London Habitat for Humanity of Eastern Connecticut is hosting our 2nd Annual Homeowner Readiness Resource Fair at the Garde Theatre in New London. The fair aims to provide direct, in-person resources for folks who want to level up the housing continuum – whether it’s a better rental situation or a path to affordable homeownership. It is free and open to all renters or prospective first-time homebuyers.
